You will need an antenna with line of sight to our Internet access point and some cable from the antenna to your computer(s). Your computer will need an Ethernet card, and a firewall is recommended.

Do I need a phone line?

No. Wireless Internet does not use phone lines.

How many computers can share this service?

Our multi-use plans allow simultaneous Internet access by all computers in a network.

Do you provide customer support?

Yes. You can call our customer service line and speak to a live technician during standard business hours Monday through Friday. Our Voicemail and paging system is available 24/7.
